GiGGo Toys, Inc. is the authorized service center for its own products and is located in New York.
GiGGo Toys, Inc. has a 30 day warranty on all parts from products sold from our online store. We will gladly send a replacement part free of charge if your product falls into this category. This is intended to cover problems due to manufacturing errors or defects. A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but is unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. We advise all customers to take your time to familiarize yourself with your parts, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage. We do not replace parts that are damaged through improper installation. Nor do we replace items that have been made unusable through unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, modifications, and other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. The part must be returned with the original packaging, along with your invoice and a detailed explanation of the problem within 30 days of delivery.
During the same product limited warranty period offered by GiGGo Toys, Inc. we will repair or, at its discretion, replace any defective products provided that the product has been used under normal circumstances, solely for the purpose for which it was intended and has been given proper care and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, damage which resulted from normal wear and tear or from alterations made by the customer, or damage caused by use for an unintended purpose. This warranty policy only applies to vehicles purchased through GiGGo Toys’ authorized sellers excluding liquidation centers, flea markets, and swap meets.

GiGGo Toys, Inc. gladly offers a 14-day return policy for all merchandise, starting from the day it was received. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Parts may only be returned unused and with the original packaging. We will not refund used parts, old parts, or parts damaged through regular wear and tear.
For the new and unused merchandise, we will gladly give a full refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. GiGGo Toys, Inc. does not refund shipping and handling costs. If your part is damaged due to shipping, please refuse the package or return to the proper shipping carrier location within 24 hours marked “refused due to shipping damage.” Then call us or email us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a new item right away.
